June Dealflow Recap: SEA & MENA Heat Up

June marked a significant uptick in venture activity across Southeast Asia and MENA. Key sectors such as fintech, AI, insurtech and climate tech saw notable funding inflows. Among the standout deals: Singapore-based insurtech Bolttech raised $147M, while Egypt’s Nawy secured $75M to scale its real estate platform.

Fueling the momentum, new fund launches like Jelawang Capital’s $236M and Endeavor Catalyst’s $300M target reflect growing investor appetite for deep-tech and regional innovation. As we head into Q3, the deal landscape continues to heat up.
